BOOKINGS

The booking can be made calling directly the numbers that you find in the CONTACTS section.

You will receive a confirmation of your booking with a detailed summary of your accommodation and payment methods.

Your booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before your arrival date. If you cancel your booking after this time, you will be charged a fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation. In case of No-Show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

You are not entitled to any refund in case of early departures.

Room prices range depending on the time of year. Prices are per room including breakfast.

The tourist tax imposed by the Municipality of Rome (EUR 3.5 euros per night per person) will be added to the overnight stay. The tax is not applicable for children under 10 years of age.

Check-in – Rooms are available from 1.00 pm to 8.00 pm, except if our guests have different needs. If you inform us about how you plan to travel to Rome (car / train / flight and flight number), the time of your arrival and any delays you might have, we will be able to welcome you in the best way avoiding unnecessary waiting times. Please note that for late check-in the time of arrival is tolerated until 23 pm and there is a supplement of EUR 20.

Check-out – Rooms must be vacated no later than 10.00 am.
